As a qualified Bookkeeper I can sort through your receipts and enter all your spend money and receiving money transactions into your Accounting System of choice, keeping track of your spending and income, provide bank or credit card reconciliation, keep track of your inventory and prepare invoices for customers.

 

I cannot offer BAS Services for your business but can work closely with you and your Accountant to prepare the necessary reports for smooth BAS reporting.

Small Business Administration

I also offer Admin Services including contacting Suppliers or Customers about Invoices and payments, keeping track of stock or generating spreadsheets to monitor your business.

The Apprentice

The smallest Package, perfect for people just starting out or part time Sole Traders.

Entry of all monthly Transaction, Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards, Tracking Payments for Invoices.

$140 per month

approx. 4 hours

The Tradie

Medium Package to suit a Sole Trader that has some Inventory to track.

 

Entry of all transaction, tracking of Inventory, reconciling bank and credit cards, tracking payments for Invoices, negotiation with suppliers.

$280 per months

The Boss

Our largest Package is perfect for business owner who sell products meaning larger inventory and spending's.

Entry of all transaction, tracking of Inventory, reconciling bank and credit cards, tracking payments for Invoices, negotiation with suppliers as well as reconciling postage costs.

$360 per month

approx 10 hours

Prices above are subject to change depending on your business needs and the work load. Initial consultation and set up of Accounting Software may be charged per hour. We can also discuss hourly rates to suit your business size and needs

Any Business Activity Statements preparation will be charged separately after consultation with clients.
